Mr. R.J Adikaram is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He counts for over 15 years of experience in Auditing, Finance, Business management and consultancy spheres. He served as an AGM –Operations in Dynamic AV Technologies Pvt Ltd for 10 years and handled key projects in the company. Before he joined with Dynamic AV, he was appointed as Systems Control Manager in Stallion Plantations.
Roshan covered his practical experience in B.R. De Silva & Company and worked as an Audit manager for 5 years. He has a specific knowledge and the experience in operations of the plantations and the hotel sector. He was appointed as Managing Director of Innovate Trading Company in order to improve and penetrate the market by using his experience. He was a co – founder of the Innovate YR Holdings (PVT) Ltd which is a sub-company of Innovate Trading. Roshan was appointed as CEO of the CHROMA INKS (PVT) LTD in 2020 and was a guest lecturer at JMC, ICBT and many local Universities in Accounts, Auditing and Motivational programs.
